He led the Ducks to a 40-win season in 2024 and is off to a blistering start in the Big Ten this year.

The Ducks went 40–20 overall and 19–11 in conference play, finishing 3rd in the Pac-12. They made a solid run in the NCAA Tournament, advancing to the Regional Final. Key wins included series victories over Washington, Arizona, and a huge sweep against USC late in the year that helped lock in their postseason spot.
